Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Columbus, OH, seeks a Finance ERP Senior Analyst to own the Finance ERP roadmap, design technical solutions, and drive improvements across the close process and reporting.

You will partner with IT and finance teams to translate requirements into scalable accounting platform enhancements, manage system controls, and support global financial reporting and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of intercompany and foreign currency accounting is preferred.
• Strong planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Finance ERP close process and support timely close activities.
• Partner with IT to maintain and improve Finance ERP and GL accuracy.
• Serve as product owner translating business needs into scalable accounting solutions.
• Shape future-state design of PeopleSoft Finance and adjacent systems in Agile context.
• Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose issues and validate fixes.
• Maintain internal controls for accurate financial reporting.
