Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Accounting Systems at its Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

You will partner with IT and business teams to evolve the Oracle merchandising system, ensuring accurate financial reporting of merchandise transactions. This role focuses on translating growth into scalable accounting solutions, maintaining system configurations, and delivering finance-focused enhancements in an agile environment.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• Understanding of inventory and/or intercompany accounting, preferably retail.
• Strong cross-functional relationships with technical partners and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Translate new business developments into scalable accounting system requirements and financial flows.
• Enhance and maintain Oracle merchandising system configuration and GL account mapping.
• Assess accounting impacts on new selling channels and merchandise initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to analyze issues, design fixes, and validate deployments.
• Shape future-state accounting systems in an agile environment with finance-specific enhancements.
• Maintain internal controls for completeness and accuracy of merchandise transactions.
