Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to support external financial reporting from our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. You will interact with the Assistant and Corporate Controller and other leaders to ensure accurate disclosures and robust financial storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year accounting experience (public accounting preferred).
• Excellent communication with cross-functional partners.
• High attention to detail and curiosity about underlying numbers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Proxy) including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and XBRL tagging.
• Gather, organize and evaluate source documentation for accurate public disclosures.
• Assist with accounting and forecasting of stock-based compensation and weighted average share calculations.
• Prepare investor presentations and schedules supporting earnings releases.
• Assist with coordinating annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Perform technical accounting and financial reporting research and document conclusions.
