Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly quantitative discipline.
• Expert-level Excel skills with complex financial modeling.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical problem solving.
• Ability to audit, modify, and enhance complex models.

Responsibilities

• Own significant portions of financial analyses and transaction workstreams with senior bankers.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based financial models evaluating debt capacity and capital structures.
• Build and analyze complex financing models with multiple debt instruments and cash flow waterfalls.
• Design innovative financing structures for public agencies, nonprofits, and educational institutions.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and optimization analyses; prepare proposals and materials.
