Responsibilities

• Own significant portions of financial analyses and transaction workstreams with senior bankers.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based financial models evaluating debt capacity and cash flow.
• Build and analyze complex financing models with multiple debt instruments and structures.
• Design innovative financing structures for public agencies and nonprofits.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and optimization analyses for financing options.
• Prepare presentations and analytical materials to evaluate financing alternatives.
• Leverage automation and AI-assisted tools to improve modeling efficiency.
