Job summary

Wall Street Prep is seeking a Business Development Executive for its individual programs. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for open enrollment and co-branded certificates with Wharton Online and Columbia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-4 years of full-cycle sales experience or equivalent BD/client-facing background.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and generate opportunities via outbound activity.
• Strong interest in financial services and professional education.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for Wall Street Prep's individual programs, from prospecting and qualification through pitching, follow-up, and closing.
• Develop and convert opportunities within existing learner databases and engaged leads.
• Build and execute cold outbound campaigns targeting finance professionals across IB, PE, VC, and related sectors.
• Source prospects using LinkedIn Navigator, sequencing tools, and other prospecting platforms.
• Develop personalized outreach to engage sophisticated finance professionals.
• Manage both self-pay and employer-reimbursed opportunities; adapt approach per buyer.
