Flood Guys Restoration is seeking an Office Manager to serve as the financial and operational command for a fast-growing restoration company in Greendale, WI. This full-time role pays $45,000–$65,000 annually with a performance bonus and onsite work.

You will own the administrative, scheduling, and financial operations, including job costing, P&L, cash flow, and payroll. Ensure accurate records and provide leadership with key insights for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Experience with AR/AP and payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of job costing, P&L, and cash flow reporting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field crews and daily job assignments.
• Own AR/AP processes and payroll accounting.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
• Produce job costing, P&L, and cash flow reports.
