Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a senior finance leader to drive strategic supply chain finance initiatives in Omaha. You will develop financial plans, lead a team of analysts and managers, and partner with multiple functions to optimize the supply chain and related investments.

The role requires 10+ years of finance experience, strong modeling skills, and the ability to communicate forward-looking insights to executives. Expect a hybrid work arrangement with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial experience, preferably in supply chain finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA designation preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and organizational change.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, benchmarking and business strategic skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network optimization projects and cash flows across scenarios.
• Develop and apply discounted cash flow and synergy models.
• Lead strategic investment analyses and data gathering.
• Coach and develop a team of analysts and managers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive productivity initiatives.
• Forecast project performance and report to leadership.
