Versique is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting to oversee the organization’s finance and accounting functions across multiple locations and the Dealership Support Center, serving as a strategic partner to the COO and leadership team.

The role emphasizes strong technical accounting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and ERP management, with a focus on developing the accounting team and delivering actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in progressive finance/accounting roles with leadership experience.
• Experience with external audits and multi-state tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting across multiple locations and Dealership Support Center.
• Oversee close process, GL, AP/AR, cash management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop controls, processes, and a high-performing team.
