Job summary

Versique Consulting & Search is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a Rosemount, MN-based role reporting to the President. This senior finance leader will oversee all finance and accounting functions, drive strategic partnerships, and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team.

The position requires strong technical finance capabilities, risk management expertise, and a collaborative leadership style to influence performance, growth, and governance across the organization and global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Progressive financial leadership culminating in CFO or senior finance role.
• Commodity hedging and risk management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial or related sectors.
• Strong cost accounting and manufacturing economics knowledge.
• Experience leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience banking relationships and treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
• Deliver financial insights to support decisions and profitability.
• Maintain strong financial controls and accountability.
• Lead commodity risk management and hedging strategies.
• Partner with commercial, purchasing, and operations leaders.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the President and executive team.
• Support decision-making with financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Direct finance team leadership and development.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and capital planning.
• Collaborate with global finance teams on governance and reporting.
