Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking a Business Office Director to own the numbers and elevate the resident experience at our luxury senior living community in Palm Desert, CA.

You’ll manage AP/AR and resident billing, own month-end close, support payroll and onboarding, and provide clear reports to leadership while partnering with a caring, high-performing team. Strong attention to detail and 3+ years in accounting/finance are required; Yardi experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounting/finance or business office roles
• Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience preferred
• Calm, collaborative communicator in a resident-first culture

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate AP/AR and resident billing; maintain clean documentation and audit-ready files.
• Own month-end close tasks and deliver clear, timely reports to leadership.
• Support payroll/timekeeping and onboarding paperwork in alignment with policy and compliance.
• Serve as a community business partner-communicate with residents, leaders, and vendors; participate as Manager on Duty as needed.
