Job summary

Revel Communities seeks a Business Office Director to manage financial operations for a luxury senior living community. You will own AP/AR, resident billing, and month-end close processes while delivering accurate reports to leadership.

The role partners with leadership on payroll, onboarding, and compliance, acting as a trusted business partner to residents, leaders, and vendors. Join a team dedicated to exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounting/finance or business office roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience a plus.
• Calm, collaborative communicator who thrives in a resident-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate AP/AR and resident billing; maintain clean documentation and audit-ready files.
• Own month-end close tasks and deliver clear, timely reports to leadership.
• Support payroll/timekeeping and onboarding paperwork in alignment with policy and compliance.
• Serve as a community business partner-communicate with residents, leaders, and vendors; participate as Manager on Duty as needed.
