Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Finance Director for Fury to own financial strategy across R&D, flight test, production ramp, and fielded operations. You will partner with program managers and engineering leads, embedding finance to enable speed and guide proposals, while building the financial infrastructure for rapid scaling.

You will lead EACs, funding profiles, revenue recognition, and margin management across contracts, coordinating with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting and Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
• 15+ years of finance experience in Big Tech, Defense, large manufacturing, or government contracting; 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Foundry).
• Demonstrated track record of owning problems end-to-end in a finance function.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program managers and leaders to own financial forecasting, budgets, and reporting.
• Lead the development of program financial models, earned value management, and risk/opportunity analysis.
• Oversee pricing, cost volume development, and contract modifications for Fury-related programs.
• Build and mentor a growing team of finance analysts and cost estimators.
