Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Director for Fury to own strategy, planning, and execution across R&D, flight test, production ramp, and fielded operations. You will partner with program managers and leadership to translate technical realities into financial plans, embedding with the program team for real-time decisions.

You will lead earned value management, pricing, and cost development for new contracts, while building a team of program finance analysts and cost estimators as Fury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of finance experience with senior leadership in Big Tech, Defense, or government contracting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
• Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end in a finance function.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to bring financial expertise to the business.
• Oversee forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting at multiple levels.
• Own financial oversight for large, complex programs.
• Scale a dedicated finance team and implement best practices.
• Lead executive-level reporting and present financial insights.
• Analyze variance vs forecasts and identify causes of trends.
• Collaborate with corporate finance to improve systems and processes.
• Develop data-driven models for pricing, segmentation, and returns.
• Own dashboards, alerting, and KPI health monitoring.
• Manage customer program reporting and monthly invoicing.
