Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an exceptional finance leader to own the P&L for a portfolio of autonomous aircraft product lines on the MD Finance team. You will oversee FP&A, program finance, strategic finance and pricing, driving top- and bottom-line impact across the portfolio.

This role requires strong problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end P&L for your product portfolio; top-line growth, gross margin, and capital allocation across the product life cycle.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of product- and program-level financial reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts, highlighting trends and variances.
• Partner with senior MD and corporate finance leaders to identify and implement ways to improve business performance and finance systems, tools and processes.
• Build executive-level reporting and translate complex financial performance into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Develop data-driven models to understand segmentation, pricing, scenarios, and financial returns of products and investments.
• Own performance dashboards, alerting, and KPI health; assess impact of financial decisions.
• Develop deep relationships with customers and oversee customer program reporting, monthly invoicing, and monthly financial status reporting.
