Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an exceptional finance leader to own the P&L for a portfolio of autonomous aircraft product lines on the MD Finance team. You will lead finance teams, drive top-line growth, margin optimization, and capital allocation across product lifecycles.

You will partner with senior leadership to operationalize hypotheses, build dashboards, and deliver clear, actionable insights for decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting within FP&A or consulting.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems experience (Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, Foundry).
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and strategic initiatives in a finance function.
• Proven ownership of a full P&L at scale, ideally in hardware/manufacturing or capital-intensive product business.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end P&L for your product portfolio — top-line growth, gross margin, and capital allocation across the product life cycle.
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of product- and program-level financial reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts, highlighting trends and variances.
• Partner with senior MD and corporate finance leaders to improve business performance and finance systems, tools and processes.
• Build executive-level reporting and translate complex financial performance into clear, actionable insights.
• Develop data-driven models to understand segmentation, pricing optimization, scenarios, and financial returns.
• Own performance dashboards, alerting, and KPI health analysis to drive leadership decisions.
• Foster deep relationships with customers and oversee customer program reporting and monthly invoicing.
