Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
• 15+ years of finance experience with senior leadership experience in Big Tech, Defense, manufacturing, or government contracting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Foundry).
• Demonstrated track record of end-to-end ownership in a finance function.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AD&S senior leaders to provide top-tier financial expertise.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the product and program lines.
• Own financial oversight for a portfolio of large, complex programs.
• Build and scale a high-performing finance team with best practices.
• Develop executive-level reporting and present financial insights to leadership.
• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts to identify trends.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve performance.
• Create bottom-up, data-driven models for pricing, segmentation, and returns.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI health; measure impact of financial decisions.
• Oversee customer program reporting, monthly invoicing, and financial status updates.
