Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Director for Fury, embedded with the program to drive financial strategy, planning, and execution across R&D, flight test, and production ramp.

You will partner with program managers and leadership to translate technical realities into financial plans, build and mature EVM processes, and lead a growing finance team as Fury scales in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA or CFA is a plus.
• 15+ years of finance experience in Big Tech, Defense, Large Manufacturing, or Government contracting, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and data analysis tools, and experience with ERP systems (i.e. Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Foundry).
• Demonstrated track record of owning problems end-to-end in a finance function.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program managers on forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of programs.
• Develop and maintain program financial models accounting for rapid development timelines and production ramps.
• Lead proposal pricing, cost volume development, and earned value management for the Fury program.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a growing team of program finance analysts.
• Provide executive-level reporting and financial insights to senior management.
