In this AI-enabled finance role, you will design scalable processes, collaborate with Sales on bookings and incentives, and support periodic reporting to executives and the Board.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in Business Unit FP&A or related financial planning roles within a SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, including advanced Excel skills and executive-ready presentation development.
• Solid understanding of financial statement analysis, corporate finance principles, and US GAAP fundamentals.
• Experience preparing management and Board-level reporting packages.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and ensure data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate financial results into business insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead the annual operating plan process and quarterly reforecast cycles.
• Develop monthly and quarterly financial projections (revenue, expense, cash flow, headcount).
• Prepare management dashboards, variance analyses, KPI reporting, and Board-ready materials.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes.
• Design, document, and continuously improve scalable FP&A processes, systems, and controls.
• Partner with Sales to analyze bookings, pipeline trends, revenue forecasts, and compensation alignment.
• Support internal and external financial reporting requirements by coordinating with Accounting and US GAAP.
• Develop financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, including pricing changes and investment scenarios.
• Support M&A activities with financial modeling and due diligence.
