You will follow established procedures to ensure accurate financial data, assist senior staff with discrepancies, and help prepare basic financial reports while coordinating with other departments and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• GED (Required), High School (Required)
• 1-2 years of finance experience
• Education credentials required: GED or High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Following established methods and procedures for financial record keeping and reporting
• Retrieve data as requested within an appropriate time frame; assist senior staff in resolving discrepancies in reports
• Assist in preparation of various basic financial reports
• Review financial reports to ensure accurate and thorough data entry of financial information

• Responding to inquiries and contacting other departments or vendors to resolve a variety of problems
