Idex Health & Science is hiring a Finance Data & Transformation Analyst to advance data-driven finance in IH&S, focusing on Power BI dashboards, standardized reporting, and scalable data models. You will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, support forecasting and KPI tracking, and deliver executive‑level visuals within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics in a manufacturing finance environment.
Solid understanding of FP&A, cost accounting, KPI development, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with ERP software; JD Edwards experience preferred.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
Attention to detail with audit trails, versioning, and documented best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction at all levels.

Responsibilities

Build data models and create processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to finance leadership.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Commercial, IT, and Operations teams to ensure data consistency and alignment between the tools used for financial reporting and for monitoring business performance drivers.
Maintain and prioritize reporting and analytics backlogs using the Agile framework.
Support executive-level reporting by creating clear, concise, and visually compelling dashboards and summaries.
Contribute to finance and business transformation initiatives, including automation of reporting processes and improvement of data accessibility and usability.
Develop financial KPI calculation logic and create Power BI visuals for leadership consumption.
Support standardized reporting frameworks and ongoing transformation initiatives related to forecasting, reporting standardization, and data governance.
