Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to turn the Firm's data into clear, actionable insights, delivered primarily through Power BI dashboards and reports used firmwide.

The role starts by supporting a key business unit with scope to expand to other groups; candidates should excel in data visualization, storytelling, and partnering with Finance and client-facing teams in a remote or hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, computer science, information design, or related field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including building and publishing dashboards.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with large datasets.
• Proficiency with Python statistical tools.
• Experience with data warehouses and modern BI/data platforms.
• Excellent data storytelling and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to independently lead complex data analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reports.
• Translate questions into analytical problems; prioritize by impact.
• Collaborate with Finance and client-facing teams to gather requirements.
• Develop data quality standards and document data definitions.
• Lead analytics projects and contribute to enterprise data capabilities.
