Job summary

The team works in a virtual-first culture focused on client outcomes and accountability. The role centers on designing and maintaining a suite of reports across Power BI and PBIRS, embedding analytics into client applications, and ensuring robust data pipelines and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and relational database expertise
• Experience building Power BI Paginated Reports (RDL) across PBIRS and Power BI Service
• Hands-on embedding reports into client-facing apps with authentication and REST API token handling
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting solutions in production
• Active tracking of Fabric/Power BI ecosystem changes and rendering APIs

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain paginated reports (RDL) across PBIRS and Power BI Service
• Understand end-to-end report integration with applications and authentication flows
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting workloads
• Support Python-based data pipelines and analytics tooling
• Automate report generation, scheduling, and delivery
• Build monitoring for reporting data quality and SLA adherence
• Improve report and query performance through benchmarking
