Job summary

PEAC Solutions, a leading lender solutions provider, is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Mt. Laurel, NJ. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, maintain accurate customer records, and support payment processing in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will engage with customers, learn product knowledge, and uphold company policies while contributing to a high-quality experience and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, preferably in a financial organization.
• Experience with high-volume phone support and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer a minimum quota of customer calls daily and address inquiries.
• Maintain efficient talk times to gather information and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team to minimize wait times and deliver superior service.
• Understand accounts receivable, payment application, and reconciliation basics.
• Process adjustment requests per customer requirements.
• Use company software to process payments accurately and update records.
• Handle incoming correspondence via mail, email, and fax per guidelines.
• Navigate multiple applications including Service Cloud, MS Office, Outlook, CyberSource, OnBase.
