Job summary

PH FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily branch operations and deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. After training, you will recommend and sell financial products, participate in local marketing and collections efforts, and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.

You must handle cash controls and maintain a welcoming environment at the branch.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers and complete daily branch operations.
• Meet performance goals and metrics defined by upper management.
• Recommend and sell financial products and services after training.
• Assist in marketing and collection efforts and adhere to regulations.
• Enter customer and transaction information accurately into the POS system; maintain files.
• Perform collection calls and approved collection activities.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming customer environment and assist with basic office tasks.
