Job summary

Charles Schwab's Campus program invites you to start a customer‑facing finance career. In this regular role, you’ll educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, and market mechanics, answering inbound calls and taking ownership to resolve issues.

You'll train through the Schwab Service Academy, earn Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, and participate in a paid program with a 10% annual bonus potential, progressing to a higher compensation upon

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience.
Previous client relationship experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.
Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business.
Eagerness to learn about finance.
Passion for service to clients.
Motivation to learn about the securities industry, including equity, option, and mutual fund transactions.
Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills.
Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Shown success navigating multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
Answer inbound calls, take ownership, and tackle complex issues to offer the best possible solution.
Attend Schwab Service Academy to obtain required licenses (SIE, Series 7 & 63).
