Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC) in Nashville is seeking a Finance Coordinator to handle day-to-day bookkeeping and support long-term financial health.

You will run bi-weekly payroll, manage vendor payments, and assist with audits for TIRRC and related affiliate, aligning with our mission for immigrant and refugee communities.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of internal finance or operations experience.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• English fluency required; additional languages preferred.
• Reliable transportation and flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and document all monies paid and owed.
• Reconcile credit card expenses with the budget and track spending by program.
• Track receipts and substantiating documentation for incomes and expenses.
• Bi-weekly payroll coordination for all staff; maintain payroll records.
• Maintain personnel files and track time allocations to programs and grants.
• Coordinate staff reimbursements and assist with audits and tax paperwork.
