Keysight Technologies seeks a Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions (SIS) Finance Controller in the Bay Area to lead financial planning, analysis, and governance for SIS and related R&D/Marketing functions. You will partner with senior leaders to drive profitability and strategic decision‑making.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong AI-enabled analytics, and the ability to influence across global teams while traveling ~5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with business judgment.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing decisions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance financial analysis and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel (~5%).

Responsibilities

• Full Profit & Loss responsibility and financial compliance for SIS and related R&D/marketing organizations.
• Provide financial leadership, analysis, and consulting to management.
• Short- and long-term forecasting and planning.
• Implement OPEX controls to improve profitability.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to support budgets and initiatives.
• Support GAAP/SOX compliance and external reporting.
