Job summary

Keysight seeks a Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions (SIS) Finance Controller to deliver strong financial planning, analysis, and leadership. You will partner with SIS leadership, Sales, Revenue Operations, and other Finance teams to drive profitability and strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes GAAP/SOX compliance, long- and short-term forecasting, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• 7+ years of progressively increasing experience in finance or related roles.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Full Profit & Loss responsibility and financial compliance for SIS and related R&D orgs.
• Provide financial leadership, analysis, and consulting to management decision-makers.
• Forecasting and planning for short- and long-term horizons.
• Implement OPEX controls to improve profitability and streamline operations.
• Identify financial opportunities to improve profitability and achieve strategic goals.
• Manage headcount reporting and forecasting aligned with financial planning.
• Champion adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve processes and insights.
• Support R&D and marketing through financial planning and portfolio analysis.
• Conduct revenue, cost of sales, and gross margin analysis; identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Ensure GAAP and SOX compliance; coordinate monthly/quarterly reporting; support internal audits.
• Provide deal approvals and support for contracts, SOWs, and enterprise agreements.
