Job summary

Keysight seeks a Finance Operational Controller in Santa Rosa to partner with Technology Center leaders and global operations. The role combines strategic financial leadership with cost management, forecasting, and performance insights across a multi‑site manufacturing footprint.

You will drive annual plans, analyze economic impacts, and provide leadership with data‑driven recommendations while maintaining strong controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Typically, 10–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, operational controlling, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, R&D, or cost-based global organization is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success as trusted financial advisor to senior leaders and ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial controller and strategic business partner for TOF Technology Centers, manufacturing operations, and technical services.
• Lead annual planning and forecasting for operating costs, headcount, and capex.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting, analyses, and insights to senior leadership.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions; influence decisions with financial analytics.
