Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related field.
• 10–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, operational controlling, or related discipline.
• Subject-matter expertise in FP&A, forecasting, performance management, cost management, and strategic decision support.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, R&D, or cost-based global operations is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate strategies into actionable financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as financial controller and strategic business partner for TOF Technology Centers, manufacturing ops, and services.
• Lead annual planning and forecasting for operating costs, headcount, and capital expenditures.
• Deliver timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting, analysis, and insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor performance vs plans, identify risks/opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
• Influence decisions through financial analysis, scenario modeling, and data-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex financial data into practical insights for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong controls, compliance, and governance supporting operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and talent development within the finance team.
