Job summary

Treeline is seeking a Controller to serve as the operational backbone of our finance function. You will run the day-to-day engine—accounts payable, corporate spend, reconciliations, and month-end close—while building scalable systems with a modern AI-native toolset.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or active CPA-track status with fluency in US GAAP.
• 4+ years in a finance, accounting, or ops role within a growth company.
• Experience owning ERP and modern finance tech stack; strong controls.
• Ability to communicate numbers to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance operations including AP, spend, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Lead multi-entity reporting, intercompany processes and consolidation.
• Oversee payroll processing across entities and vendor payments.
• Manage cash, treasury and forecasting with the Head of Finance.
• Ensure audit, tax, and corporate governance processes are robust and scalable.
