Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to lead the C3S2 finance team and oversee a $300M portfolio. You will drive financial performance, program controls, EAC development, forecasting, and risk management while partnering with prime program offices and cross-functional teams.

The role is hybrid (onsite/remote) and preferred to be located within commuting distance to Andover, MA; relocation is not provided. Build a high-performing team and deliver strategic insights for aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and 10 years of Finance or Accounting experience
• OR an Advanced degree and 8 years of Finance or Accounting experience
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
• Experience with FP&A and program execution tools (APEX/PRISM/EDIT+) and government contracting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance team of 20+ professionals across the C3S2 portfolio
• Drive financial performance, program controls, and EAC development
• Provide accurate forecasting and risk/opportunity management
• Lead annual and long-range planning in coordination with stakeholders
• Collaborate with prime program offices and cross-functional teams
