Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience or a Master's with 3+ years.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Project and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Plan and track manufacturing of aerospace flight components.
• Conduct time studies and process capability analyses to optimize labor and throughput.
• Develop standardized work, workflow optimization, and capacity models.
• Design cell layouts for assembly and material handling.
• Assess equipment, tooling, and material needs including make or buy decisions.
