Job summary

Schomp Mazda in Aurora, CO is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the sales team with car financing operations. This full-time hourly position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to process cash deposits, submit credit applications, and timely funding contracts.

You will work with established processes, handle contract in transit, and coordinate with the sales staff to meet the One Hour promise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
