Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO, is hiring a Business Assistant to support the sales process by handling financing, deposits, and contract funding on Plum Valley campus. The role interacts with the sales team to ensure timely processing and accurate cash handling during transactions.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, math aptitude, and an interest in finance.

Interest in Finance.
Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
Submit credit applications.
Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
