Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Business Assistant to join our high-volume finance team. The role supports the sales process by accurately handling cash deposits, submitting credit applications, packaging, scanning and funding contracts, and tracking in transit accounts.

You will work with the sales staff to meet the One Hour promise time for customers. We offer comprehensive benefits and on-site perks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.
• Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer's transactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
