Job summary

Schomp Mazda is seeking a Business Assistant to join our high-volume team at 90 Havana St, Aurora. The role involves handling cash deposits, submitting credit applications, and funding contracts to ensure a seamless financing process for customers.

You will coordinate with sales staff, manage CIT accounts, and scan/send F&I contracts daily. A high school diploma, attention to detail, and finance interest are essential; loan processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
