Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the financing process across Schomp Subaru, Mazda, Hyundai and associated stores. The role handles cash receipts, credit applications, and contract funding, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Strong math and numerical literacy essential.
• Experience with cash handling or finance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure funds are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications and fund contracts.
• Monitor and update the CIT account; log notes for unfunded deals.
• Send/scan Finance and Insurance contracts daily and log remittance.
• Prioritize deals to meet the One Hour promise to customers.
• Collaborate with sales staff; no direct customer interaction.
