Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interest in finance and loan processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account and note unfunded deals in the software.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to meet the One Hour promise.
