• Design, govern, and improve Global R&D Finance standards (planning, forecasting, capitalization, metrics).
• Establish governance for project accounting and standard reporting; drive adoption via training and docs.
• Provide forward-looking financial insights linking investment, risk, and outcomes across the lifecycle.
• Lead and develop staff; partner with COE, R&D leaders, portfolio management, and FP&A.
