Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years) plus 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • FP&A work experience, including expense analytics and financial planning.
  • Excellent written/oral communication, collaboration, change management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve Global R&D Finance standards (planning, forecasting, capitalization, investment metrics, reporting).
  • Establish governance to ensure consistency in project accounting and standard reporting.
  • Drive adoption of standards through documentation, training, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
