Job summary

Medtronic in Minneapolis area is seeking a Senior Director, MRO & Capex Sourcing to lead a global team of 20 sourcing professionals and shape the strategy across maintenance, capital equipment, and manufacturing services.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver enterprise value, drive supplier performance, and optimize costs, working closely with senior leaders to align programs with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant leadership experience in sourcing/supply chain.
• Advanced degree holders may bring 13+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing strategies for MRO, Capex, and Manufacturing Services across 60 sites.
• Develop category strategies to improve total cost of ownership and supplier performance.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify value opportunities.
• Direct complex supplier negotiations, contracts, and supplier reviews to improve outcomes.
• Lead transformations focused on manufacturing efficiency, spend optimization, and working capital.
