Qualifications

• Strong leadership, deep finance acumen, and a proven track record in employee development and communication strategy.
• Ability to travel to support key development programs and Finance leadership engagements.
• U.S. citizenship required to access certain systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Development Programs: oversee the Finance Intern Program (40–45 interns), Finance Academy across AZ, MA, TX, and FLDP rotations for ~18 rotators.
• Oversee Communications & Change Management: develop internal strategies, manage newsletters, and coordinate CFO Town Halls and Finance Leadership engagements.
• Drive Career Development & Employee Experience: design resources with RTX Talent Development, onboard new hires, and run engagement programs (panels, webinars, guides).
• Lead CORE & Command Media: harmonize finance processes, drive CORE adoption, identify improvements, and support readiness with CORE methods.
• Foster Culture & Executive Support: promote continuous learning and collaboration across Finance and support executive briefing requests.
