Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Leadership professional to steer the Finance Academy of Management Program and CORE Domain activities. You will drive process improvement, align initiatives with enterprise goals, and support ongoing transformation projects.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and ability to influence across multiple levels of leadership. The position is hybrid, based in the United States, with expected collaboration across finance teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and 8+ years experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program.
• Experience with CORE operating system or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Academy of Management Program and CORE Domain activities.
• Support ongoing business transformation and serve as Command Media Officer.
• Drive adoption and integration of the CORE Operating System across domains.
• Monitor progress, align goals, and coordinate with executives for town halls.
