Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Finance Manager to support Enterprise Services Real Estate finance and project delivery across the Americas. The role requires Hybrid work, U.S. citizenship, and travel within the U.S.

The candidate will manage data maintenance, PO processes, AOP coordination, and vendor payments while ensuring tax compliance and cross‑entity alignment. Strong analytics and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting with 8+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience managing purchase orders, invoice processes, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Experience with intercompany billing and multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain core datasets, cost settlements, and internal authorizations.
• Manage POs, invoicing, audits, and tax considerations.
• Coordinate FX rate and CPI applications with vendors and annual operating plan development.
• Oversee invoice payments, backups, and documentation.
• Lead year-end close, accruals, and KPI reviews.
• Coordinate intercompany billing and cost flow reconciliations.
• Support facilities cost tracking and project finance reporting.
• Drive cross-entity charging processes and process improvements.
