Raytheon Finance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team to lead the Finance Academy of Management Program, Finance CORE Domain activities, support ongoing business transformation initiatives and assumed Command Media Officer (CMO) responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the key CORE processes for the Finance Domain & Sub-Domains. This role requires a highly organized and strategic individual to support the continuous improvement and strategic alignment of financial processes within our CORE operating system. The position provides a high-visibility opportunity to work closely with leaders across the function, to track initiative execution, ensure collaboration, and optimal resource utilization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, program/project management skills and a desire to drive innovation. Ability to travel to support onsite engagements as needed.
Core Domain Focal– Support will drive the adoption and integration of the CORE Operating System within their assigned domains. Using CORE tools, collaborating with CORE home office partners and sub-domain sponsors:
You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience Experience with Microsoft office U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with CORE operating system or similar continuous improvement frameworks. Proven track record of driving process improvements Prior experience with Finance Process & Tools CORE certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence large-scale change throughout multiple channels and layers in an organization Able to adapt style and process to a variety of audiences and environments Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and business units.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
