Operose Health is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the financial performance of the business. You will own the management accounts function, lead the month-end close, and work with operational teams to optimise income and control costs.

You will deliver high-quality financial information, drive improvements in processes, and support budgeting and forecasting across the group. A strong track record in healthcare finance and leadership is essential.

Formación

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ACA) or qualified by experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management/management accounting.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience supervising teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and allocate tasks within the management accounts team.
• Own month-end process, journals, P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis for stakeholders.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and drive process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end closing activities.
• Assist external statutory audit preparation and listings.
