Job summary

T2M Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a major UK group. You will report to the Head of Commercial Finance with responsibility for a multi-site division, providing hands-on financial partnering to drive profit.

The role blends technical accounting with commercial insight, leading budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and month-end reviews while supporting negotiations and new business opportunities. Remote-based with travel.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance Business Partner in a multi-site, multi-P&L setting.
• Professionally qualified accountant or QBE with relevant experience.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with excellent analytical and Excel skills.

T2M resourcing is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a successful major group. As Finance Business Partner you will report to the Head of Commercial Finance with responsibility for a multi-site division. This is a fast-moving business, and we seek a qualified accountant who thrives in an environment where you will be directly supporting the business operations (Finance Business Partnering) to achieve the budgeted profit for each location and as a region. Whilst accounts preparation and finance transaction processes are managed by a central shared services finance team, this is very much a “hands on” role where you will fully utilise your technical accounting skills and commercial acumen to the full.

• Salary £55,000 + Car Allowance £5200 + Bonus.
• Remote Based Role with some travel.

What are we looking for?

To be successful as Finance Business Partner, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role in a multi-site, multi-P&L environment is essential.
• A professionally qualified accountant, studying towards a recognised qualification, or QBE with relevant experience.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills.
• The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Healthcare sector experience would be advantageous
