Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–10+ years of experience in finance with a public accounting foundation.
• At least 1 year of direct people management experience.
• Solid accounting depth to own and review the close and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month end close for your business unit and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Own the monthly reporting cycle including results vs. budget and prior periods.
• Drive the annual budget and rolling forecasts with operations leaders.
• Serve as the finance advisor translating results into practical recommendations.
• Identify variances, risks, and corrective actions to keep results on track.
• Build and mentor accounting staff and interns.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and models to support operating decisions.
• Maintain internal controls and report to stakeholders.
